Legal Services
Legal services are offered to assist you in making arrangements for how you would want your personal and financial affairs handled in the event that you would become unable to manage them for yourself. By thinking about these issues early on, you can avoid conflict in the long run. The decisions you make must be set down in writing, as verbal agreements may be misinterpreted or disputed later on.
