If you or your agency or organization provide the following services, and would like to become a provider for the Area Agency on Aging (PSA8) by going to the following web site. http://jfs.ohio.gov/mits/index.stm. If they have questions, they can call ODJFS Provider Call center at 1-800-686-1516.
